All clients are required to complete a consultation at The Loc Company prior to scheduling any salon services. Consultations are a mandatory step in our process and are non-refundable.
Please note that if an appointment is scheduled without a prior consultation, the client will incur the consultation fee, and the appointment will not be honored. Services will not be rendered until the consultation has been completed.
Consultations are essential for Loc services to determine accurate pricing. Additionally, a deposit is required to reserve the loc installation appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and is necessary to confirm your session.

Appointment Policy
Late Arrival: Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period beyond their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive later than this, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this timeframe are subject to a fee starting at $25.00.
No Show: If you do not attend your appointment and fail to provide prior notice, you will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
