These policies outline consultation requirements, deposits, prepayment, cancellations, refunds, and guest guidelines.
All new clients must complete a consultation before booking services.
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit, and most
appointments require a full prepayment at the time of booking.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in
advance. Processing fees are non-refundable.

The Loc-Repair (Standalone}
Corrective loc repair for damaged, thinning, or broken locs.
Pricing starts at a minimum of $80.00, which covers up to 4 locs.
Each additional loc costs $15.00
Final pricing will be confirmed after an assessment consultation, which is required for all new clients.
One Microlock package
A customized precision Microloc installation based on hair density, parting, and desired size. A consultation is required to determine eligibility, final pricing, and scheduling. A non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the installation appointment.

A targeted scalp treatment designed to cleanse, rebalance, and promote long-term scalp health while supporting optimal hair and loc integrity.
Grid Reconstruction – Partial
A corrective service focused on restoring parting, balance, and structure in selected areas to maintain the integrity of the loc grid.
Grid Reconstruction – Full Head
A comprehensive corrective service designed to fully restore uniform parting, balance, and structure across the entire loc grid.
BOOKING NOTE
Enhancements are available to complement your service and can be selected and priced during booking.
Consultations are required for all new clients.
Each full service provides a luxurious scalp and hair cleanse, incorporating high-quality, salon-grade products to
ensure an exceptional experience for our clients.
Appointment Policy
~ Booking Policy ~
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments may be rescheduled one time only and must be adjusted at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments changed more than once will require a new booking and a new payment.
Cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, or appointment changes occurring within 48 hours of the scheduled
appointment time will result in the forfeiture of all payments made, including deposits or prepaid services. No exceptions.
Deposit Requirement ~
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure Microloc and Braidloc installation packages. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Unless otherwise specified, only installation services require a deposit.
Refund & Credit Policy ~
All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a service credit valid for 60 days from the original appointment date.
Credits are:
• Non-transferable
• Not redeemable for cash
• Valid for services only
• Void after 60 days
Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of payment. No credit will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for completed services. All retail product sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted.
Cancellation Requests ~
All cancellation requests and policy-related inquiries must be submitted via email to theloccompany@interlockinghair.com. Text messages will not be accepted for cancellations or policy modifications.
Guest Policy ~
To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, all clients are asked to arrive alone. This ensures a tranquil
atmosphere and enhances the overall experience at The Loc Company.
Agreement to Terms ~
By booking an appointment with The Loc Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
